i am looking for a mature, professional, female roommate to share my home with starting april 1st. it is a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath, fully furnished home in north east longmont near the ute golf course in a great and safe neighborhood. there is one furnished spare bedroom available for guests to stay in. rent is $800/month and utilities run about $150.00/month, +/- $15.00.

you will have a private full bathroom and a shared garage space (will fit small car or suv only). bedroom is about 12x12 with a walk in closet, over the garage. other house features: unfinished basement used for storage, gas fireplace in family room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, large, re-landscaped front and back yards with garden space. i also have comcast cable and high speed internet.

i am a late-20's professional female, who is active and outdoorsy. i enjoy hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and going out with friends. i have a 8 month old german shepard mix who goes with me to work and most other places i go. i also dog sit for two other dogs some weekends, so my roommate must be okay with dogs. they are all very well behaved.

i am looking for someone who will share the house duties and keep it looking clean and presentable. i am not a clean freak, but like everything picked up and put away. i am not looking to house a married couple or someone with children, or anyone who smokes cigarettes. no additional pets, sorry.
