hello, we are a young professional couple who just purchased their first home. we have one bedroom opening up for rent on pail 23rd, in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house. we do currently have another roommate, an engineer, who also is a young professional.the room is adjacent across the hall from one another and you will be sharing a full bath together ( not attached tot eh rooms). the home itself is 2500 sq ft, with the bedroom being 11x15. the whole house has new paint, some new flooring and some aesthetic updates. we are also currently working on re-doing the outside of the home and finishing a full security camera system. while the home sits on 4.3 acres, it is just 5 minutes away from a large shopping center, 20 minutes away from i-25, and only 15 minutes from boulder with less than a mile to reach 119. we are rather laid back individuals in all aspects of our lives with the exception of our work. if we are not working on business related things, we are usually outdoors hiking, going to an event, or camping. please note we do not wish to have smokers of any kind, indoor or outdoor. pets are negotiable based on them getting along with our dog (a lab mix) and a pet deposit will be required. sorry, no cats allowed as we are allergic. we truly are open to all inquires and look forward to the potential of finding some new roommates. please send us a message with any question you may have!
