-my boyfriend and i need a nice quiet lady roommate for said amount above and a $250 security deposit.
-rent amount includes utilities each month (i.e water, electric, etc..)
-private bathroom is half bath, shower is upstairs. will have to share shower with other tenants (my boyfriends daughter) but it stays clean.
-room will be furnished with a bed, dresser, lamp, and a few others. if you prefer a personal fridge, you may bring that as well.
