this is a single family home, close to the walmart, food lion and lake of the woods (not located in lake of the woods). the room is furnished with a closet and the bathroom is right across the hall. the house is a non-smoking house with a deck and has stairs leading up into the house. parking is in the driveway, use of the washer and dryer, the living room and the kitchen. the rent includes the room use of the bathroom, wi-fi, dish network, all utilities and home telephone. i am a working professional woman with two dogs, a pekingese and a lab but no other pets will be permitted. i like to keep a clean house, and pretty laid back, occasional overnight guest welcome, but need to be discreet. rent is due at the first of the month; lease can be for month to month depending on your situation. first month’s and last month’s rent will be due at time of lease signing, must have a clean back ground, proof of income, and should have a vehicle to get to work etc. please send me some information about you and i can fill you in with the rest of the information about the room; house; me and the dogs.
