i have a huge bedroom available with 2 huge walk-in closets. it would be a shared bathroom, but there are 3 bathrooms in the house for use. rent includes all utilities. free to use the rest of the house, kitchen, living room, washer and dryer in basement. we do have a dog and 2 cats, but we keep the bedroom doors closed. i don't care if you smoke, but you have to do it outside. there is no smoking in my house. my daughter and i are very easy going, and pretty laid back. we are early risers around here, but a pretty quiet if you are a late sleeper.
