great room available in a spacious house in livingston!we are looking for a roommate (male or female) available for an august 1st move-in.
you would be sharing this great house with 3 young men (27, 27, and 26) and an extremely well-behaved dog (she's a pit but doesn't know it).
a little about us...we're all employed (a middle school teacher, video editor/restaurant manager, and a police dispatcher) so we're in and out of the house a lot. you'll definitely have your fair share of privacy and we're not the partying bunch we used to be (it still happens every now and then though). we're easy-going guys and pretty easy to get along with. we've got a group of friends who'll pop by every now and then (don't worry; they're also well-behaved). if you're ok with living with 3 dudes and the occasional get-together, you, us and this house are probably a great fit!
the house includes:
- full kitchen
- washer/dryer
- large, unfinished basement with a pool table that may or may not have been ever used
- huge back yard (hammock included)
- plenty of parking
your room is located on the 2nd floor and includes a nice-sized closet. there is also a closet in the hallway if you need the extra space.
the house is 5-10 minutes from the south orange and millburn nj transit stations, 10-15 minutes from the harrison path, and very close to rt. 280.
