we are looking for a single individual to rent out our second bedroom in our 2 bed 2 bath apartment in livermore. roughly rent will be around $800 give or take some as the water and pge and cable may differ each month. you have your own bathroom. you will be sharing the apartment with a couple who have 2 indoor cats.onsite washer/dryer
1 covered parking space/uncovered and street parking available.
room is 10 x 12 with a walk in closet of 5 x 5.5.
cat friendly, steady income, no additional pets allowed. we don't mind people over- just a heads up in advance- other than that we are pretty laid back and like to laugh and have a good time- not too much of partiers or drinkers- maybe every once in a while.
we will like to meet the interested candidate in a public settingfirst before showing the room in person as we are skeptical of craigslist and the scams.
$40 application fee
will be signing a new 1year lease with apartment complex and you will be on the lease.
