hi my girlfriend and i are looking for a roommate to share our home with. we are in our mid 20s, professionals, work full time, we have 2 great big dogs with a 3rd on the way! we can not have any other dogs. we are very easy going ladies! we have no kids but my neice and nephews come over all the time. we will respect you as you respect us. month to month lease with a deposit due at move in. 30 days notice to vacate. you will have your own private room with good size closet, own bathroom with shower and tub and also access to common area whenever you would liked. washer and dryer is in the unit. and your own parking spot.
we ask that you treat the dwellings with respect. you need to be clean and clean up after yourself. if you don't like dog hair- this home is not for you! thanks!
