i have a room available in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. $600 is your total monthly cost and includes all utilities (we could also do $475 rent and then split utilities 3 ways, it'll end up being about the same, maybe sometimes a little more or less). we have dish tv with all the channels you can imagine, wireless internet, home phone, lawn service, water/trash, quarterly pest control service, and access to ken caryl rec centers. the two current occupants are both females in their early 20s, and you would be the third and final roomie. we do have dogs without room for anymore, so you'd have to be ok with that. dog-friendly cats would be ok! our backyard has an amazing view that you'll love, and we have patio furniture and a nice grill for summer bbqs. we do have the occasional party on the weekends. you would obviously have your own bedroom and your own bathroom would be the main bathroom in the house (right outside your room, though), and of course access to all common areas. laundry room in the basement. the house, with the exception of the bedroom, is furnished, but we're looking at getting new stuff so if you need to bring furniture thats fine! 420 friendly.
