i am looking for a roommate to share my townhouse with! i am a 26 year old female who works full time in the suburbs.i like to go out, drink socially and have friends over on occasion but i also like my quiet nights at home (especially during the week). i recently purchased this townhouse after moving out of the city, but i am a social person and would much rather share the space with someone else!
you would have the smaller of the two bedrooms and we would share the upstairs bath. the second bedroom does have a good sized closet and there is a small amount of storage in the basement.
the main level of the townhouse has a living room, dining area, kitchen, powder room and a patio out back ( i have a grill and an outdoor table)! the basement is partially finished and i plan on finishing this off more once moving in so that we would have two full living spaces. i will have the entire place furnished, except for your bedroom. (if you did have some furniture, we could try and work that in).
i am open to either a male or female roommate between 25 and 30 but you must be clean, responsible, timely with rent and willing to help with keeping the place in order. i am looking for someone who will primarily keep the place quiet during the week, but who would be open to having smaller get togethers on the weekends.
the community does have a pool, tennis courts and 26 miles of trails. being so close to downtown naperville definitely has its perks and there are tons of bars and restaurants nearby! there is a one stall garage so you and i would share the garage spot and the driveway. there is also additional street parking to make things easier.
rent would include all utilities, but please note that i do not plan on getting cable. i am sure that we could add this to the internet package though if this was a must for you!
