my old college roommate got transferred to st. louis. we have a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom place at four lakes in lisle. four lakes is pretty sweet. there's lakes you can paddleboat in, four pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, running trails and a ski hill with tow rope that i'm going to go shred on once i hit submit. and there's a bar/restaurant called the lodge right around the corner, and a shady-looking grocery store too. (although jewel is right up the road.) our place is pretty legit, too. it's not the older apartments in four lakes. i live in the condos. it's pretty chill over here. not a lot of commotion. we've got a big living room, decent sized kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, fireplace and a huge deck with a grill. it's totally worth my 25-minute commute to work. if you don't enjoy things like "sports" and "drinking beer" and "socializing" move on. looking for someone who has a job and can pay rent on time, but also an easy-going person who won't run and hide in his bedroom if i have friends over.
