room for rent in my house in linden two blocks from warinanco park. elizabeth train station & linden train station are one mile away in opposite directions. many bus routes & connections available.two adult female housemates (39 & 41) who are clean, respectful and responsible looking for a housemate. two small dogs are also part of the arrangement but the are on the second floor 95% of the time.
full use of living room, dining room, washer, dryer, basement, all kitchen facilities, large fenced in back yard with fire pit. shared full bathroom, paid cable including wifi connection & use of landline, water, gas & electric included. basic cable is hooked up in the bedroom. $700/month.
you must be: responsible for your own dishes, food and incidentals such as laundry detergent & personal hygiene items. pitch in with taking garbage out & keeping all common areas very clean.
we have a peaceful & amicable environment with no conflict & drama. we expect the same from a housemate as well.
you must be reliable & on time with rent (flexible: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
room is either furnished or unfurnished. long dresser w attached mirror & 2 tall dressers available, night stands & lamps as well as a bob-o-pedic adjustable single bed.
