i'm laura. i'm a nineteen year old college student. i already have a place, i have found one roommate for the three bedroom apartment i'm currently in. i just need one more person to move into my apartment for the 2013-2014 school year. rent is $258 and utilities usually add up to $60 for a total of $315-$325 per month.the apartment is located in the north part of lincoln.
roommate must be relatively organized/clean, respectful, friendly, a student, hardworking and willing to share household (apartment hold?) duties.
i am looking for roommates between the ages of 19 and 24. i prefer non-smoking or outdoor smoking roommates. i prefer a household without pets and living only with students.
