large 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment.i will be renting my room out semi furnished for. the room is 14 x 14 with large walk in closet and an air conditioning unit. the family room and kitchen are fully furnished also. couches, kitchen ware, cookware, kitchen table and microwave. i will give the option to purchase any furnishings (except for the kitchen table) the apartment has two air conditioning units, a large kitchen pantry and many cabinets. the bathroom is a full bathroom with large linen closet. there is an additional closet and storage in the family room.
the complex has a pool, on mail boxes and winter cleanup such as shoveling and plowing. the lease is month to month. one month security deposit. this rent includes all utilities; cable, electric; heat and rental insurance; and a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks. please be advised that i will request to see proof of income, as well as a month security deposit that can be negotiated. please contact me via text or for questions; pictures or if you would like to look at the apartmet
