awesome lincoln park 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. i'm looking to fill the 3rd bedroom on or before november 1st. the place has tons of charm! hardwood floors throughout, fireplace in living room, large bay windows, porch, gas stove, dishwasher, central ac/heat, laundry on-site all on the second floor of a three story duplex in the heart of lincoln park.the bedroom is very cozy and can easily fit a full size bed and dresser with plenty of space or a twin bed, dresser, desk and bookshelf with just as much space!
the apartment is just a 3 minute walk from the diversey brown line station, 10 minutes from the fullerton red line station and just minutes from trader joes, walgreens, walmart, fantastic restaurants and a plethora of bars!
both roommates are students at depaul university and are very clean, quiet and courteous. i am looking for a girl/young women who would also want a quiet, clean and welcoming place to call home so they are in good company!
the rent is $635/month each ($1910/month total) and you seriously can't beat that price in this area! water and trash are included so utilities would be gas, electric and cable.you would be signing onto a lease through august 31, 2015.
