house in great community!the house is a 3br / 2 bath fully furnished except for your room. the house has a front porch and a backyard. the house is located 7 miles away from usc and 7 miles away from harbison. easy access to i20 and i26. the house is 5 min away from the lexington medical center in west columbia.
i am currently renting 2 rooms in the house. and those 2 people would share that bathroom if that's ok with you.
all utilities are included (water, electricity, direct tv and internet). washer and dryer is also included.
i am a graduate from usc. i work mon thru fri from 8-5pm. on the weekends i travel a lot. i am liad back, clean after myself, and respect other's privacy.
