room currently has a king size sleep number bed, a set of shelves and a dresser in it to be used by the renter. these can easily be removed if you do not want to use them.

ample storage in each room in addition to the walk in closet.

amenities include: laundry facilities; fended yard with butterfly garden and fire pit; large in ground pool; billiard room; large kitchen; fast internet, sun room, deck with huge built in grill, ample parking. home is 5000 square foot with additional private living room upstairs between the two rental suites for tenant use or you can use the common areas with us.

we like to share meals at times, but this is not mandatory. you can join us or stay to yourself. it's definitely a family atmosphere as much as you would like it to be..
