we are a couple and we have 2 rooms available for rent in our home. the rooms both have walk-in closets, and there is a private bathroom...until and unless the other room is rented. the rent includes full use of entire house (with the exception of our room and bathroom) highspeed wi-fi internet, cable, and utilities (water and electricity) we are very clean, and we expect the same from our renter(s) we don't care what your room looks like, as long as common areas are clean, especially kitchen, and that you don't keep things in your room that will attract bugs. we both like to cook, and we like to cook out. we have a big yard, front and back, and 2 big porches as well. we would like to meet any potential roommates before you come to the house, and then we would let you follow us here so you can look at it, and decide for yourself. :-) i am 31, and he is 39
