i'm a student at uk who transferred schools last semester so i need someone to take over my lease.***you must be a student to live here***
i live in a 4br/4ba apartment that's furnished.
each bedroom has a full size bed, nightstand, desk, chair, dresser, and walk-in closet. there's also a full bathroom inside each bedroom. there's a washer and dryer in the apartment as well. also a kitchen with dishwasher and walk-in pantry, and a living area with a couch, love seat, end table, coffee table, and a 42" sony flat screen tv. each bedroom has a dead bolt lock as well.
some amenities include a pool that's open year-round, tanning beds, workout facility, theater, game room, and a computer lab with windows and mac computers and with free, unlimited black & white and color printing. this is also a gated community.

i pay $524/month, which is cheaper than most because i signed my lease early. other people are paying up to $560/month so this is a great deal.
the lease runs through july 31, 2011. you can move in now, april's rent has already been paid for.
