female roommate needed for a 4 bed-4 bath flat. close to uk campus, on the public bus route, gated apartment community. pool, fitness center, tanning center, etc. i currently pay $545 a month, but we might be able to negotiate where i pay $45 a month and you are only responsible for $500...we can work something out. you would be responsible for paying rent through july 2014...that's when the lease ends. you would have to be approved by the complex and we'd go down together and sign all the necessary paperwork. feel free to contact me with any questions about the room, the complex, or the roommate. thanks!~fully furnished apartment
