we have a 4bed/2bath duplex near uk's campus. the house is a 1.2 mile walk from the library and very close to a bus route. each side of the house has a screened in porch on the first level, kitchen with appliances and dishes, a partially furnished living room, two bedrooms on the second level and a bathroom. there is an unfinished basement on both sides. the bedroom for rent is 9x11 and has a private deck with room for a table and several chairs. the bedroom closets are really spacious. the house is hardwood except for the bathroom and kitchen. there is a detached garage with room for at least 2 cars and a driveway with room for more. there is street parking. we are renting the room for $400 per month for 12 months and we split utilities. if you have more questions or want to come see the house for yourself please contact me :)
