enjoy a luxury life for $950/month – all utilities included + $500 refundable deposit.i am renting a very nice bedroom furnished with king size bed and a chest drawers with full size bathroom and walk-in closet accessible inside the bedroom.
this bedroom is located on the second floor of a 3,650 sqft 4.5bdr luxury home located in the castle hills community, in the colony. it is located 1 mile south of sr121 & sam rayburn tollway and 3 miles from popular stores such as a kroger market place, walmart, home depot, kohl, many restaurants and a movie grill theatre.
for $950 a month you will enjoy all the privileges of a luxury living in an exceptional indoor and outdoor environment:
- large living room equipped with a 55” sony 4k tv,
- fully equipped kitchen with fantastic naturally lit breakfast area,
- bar room area with couch to read or rest quietly in the first floor
- game room area upstairs near bedroom with 55” hdtv and hi-fi system
- private patio in the back with privacy garden,
- large load washer and separate dryer
- 1 place for your car in my 2 car garage, (garage door remote control included)
- access with fob to two exercise rooms and tennis courts of the community
- cable tv channels from grande communication in both living room and game room tvs (no active connection in the bedrooms in my current subscription).
- wireless high speed internet across the entire home with coverage in the private garden. provider is grande communication with blazing fast 300mbps download speed and 20mbps upload speed. all this is included in the monthly rental fee!
- possibility to use any one of the 3 outdoor community swimming pools but you will have to pay them directly – approx. $70 for the year (not included in the rent fees)
- utilities covered in the rent include all what you need to live: electricity, water, gas, garbage collection, internet and cable tv. i have no land line phone.
the applicant will need to provide proof of steady income (last 4 paystubs) and pay the rent for the month ahead no later than the 2nd day of each month. final applicant will provide a copy of driving license for a background check.
