nice quiet neighborhood, backyard, plenty of parking, clean, lots of natural light.

5-10 min from george washington bridge.
bus stop directly in front of apartment takes you to port authority, nyc.
near englewood hospital & holy name hospital.

move in and move out dates are flexible, but i would prefer someone who would like to stay for several months.
