house is fully furnished with coffee table, sofas, dining table, washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, oven, dish washer etc.renters are requested to bring furniture of their choice for their bedrooms.
house is internet ready! plenty of parking! big yard, suitable for bbq and various games.
i am looking to rent three rooms. one room is very big (size of two regular rooms combined - 0.5x17.3x26) with attached private half bath. renting it for $500 to one person. i am also open to renting this big room to two people for 275$ per person.
other two rooms are regular sized but bigger than average rooms. have shared full bath. renting them for $ 399 each.
all utilities to be shared between the four roommates.
