my name is katie, i own a 3 bedroom 2 full bath town home. its nearly brand new built in 2006 so it has all the amenities like washer/dryer and everything you would expect in the kitchen. its also a 2 car garage so most of the time you will have covered parking. we are also on the ku bus route its a little walk but not that far. your bedroom comes unfurnished 12x15 but if you sign the lease in may 2010 you get to pick the color of your bedroom walls (within reason bright bold colors are hard to paint over). casey is the second roommate will be 21 soon psyc major. we are both very outgoing, and laid back. we do take our school work seriously though so during the week its quiet at our house. if you have any questions send me an email!
