the home is a one level rambler with driveway, private backyard deck and in the fairlawn neighborhood, about 4 blocks from laurel lakes and the laurel mall. easy 5 minute ride to routes: 198, 197, 295 (balt wash parkway), 1, i-95. there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. if you have a car, there is off street parking.

i am a professional in the medical field, nonsmoker, i have lived in this area for 7 years. i am a workaholic and seldom home and really need a roommate that would respect and care for my home when i am not home. i have a very sociable neutered male 10 y/o housecat--all of his shots are up to date, who likes to sleep in the baywindow, and tends to like his solitude there.

i am looking for a professional housemate who is easy-going, yet responsible, nonsmoker, no drugs and clean. i would prefer someone who is willing to sign a year-long lease, would be comfortable with offering a 6 month lease.

the space that is available now. you would have a furnished bedroom (full size bed, night stand, chair and desk, shared kitchen, living room and deck, laundry access. the rent is $700/month includes utilities: gas, electric, water, wireless internet service , cable and occasional general household purchases. first and last month rent due on move in date, and an application and application fee on date of signing.
