1 am renting the spare room in my 2 br condo. approx 10'x11'. your own private bathroom. washer/dreyer on site. all tile floors. high speed internet, basic cable in the living room. large kitchen and eating area. pool and jac. about 100 ft away. gated community.
needs a womans touch, but males are cool too. just need a reliable person with steady income and no felonies on their record. 420 is cool but not required. no parties unless i say ok... ill be out most evenings and weekends working, but id like to maintain a low profile. small pet ok!
i want $325 per month + 1 month deposit. ($300) youll also need to pay your share of the utilities. $100.00 per month for now until i see what 2 people can use, but that should be good until it gets hot again.
