the room for rent is the bigger of the 2 bedrooms. it has a good size closet, built-in desk in wall. the roommate i currently have is moving, and i need to replace him asap. the picture i have of room shows his stuff, i apologize for that. the room can be furnished or unfurnished, just let me know. the rent includes: electricity, internet, cable, and phone. i work full-time at walgreens on graveyard, so please be respectful. i am really easy to get along with, just ask you keep stuff clean and picked up. there is a laundry room just down stairs from unit. there is a pool in complex. there is plenty of open parking if you have a vehicle. right on bus line and walking distance to shopping and food. please contact me asap....really need to find a roommate so i don't end up out too. hope to hear from you soon. my days off are sunday, monday, & tuesday. rent needs to be cash and in person.
