bought a new house south of the strip. filled it with fun:

heated pool w/ light and water show,

natural gas bbq,
natural gas fire pit,
two huge flat screen tvs (60" plus) with premium satellite,
one 30" flat screen in kitchen,
media server with thousands of free movies and tv shows.
the house includes comfortable couches, stainless steel oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, all dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.
the bedrooms are unfurnished and ready for you to fill.
there is plenty of parking.
located one blocks from a park w/ volley ball, basket ball, and base ball courts, a block away from a shopping center that has home depot, pizza place, walmart, etc. located south of the airport in a nice, quiet neighbor and only 7 minutes from the strip.
we split all the utilities, internet, satellite, pool guy and most importantly maid service (no more cleaning the toilet). to avoid confusion we charge a flat rate of $180 a month for utilities. we give a rebate check every quarter (3 months) with a detailed report and any overages will be refunded to you. (example: if utilities average $160 per person over the 3 months you will get a $60 refund or credit.) if you were renting your own place, $180 would be the bill for electricity alone. this is an amazing deal!
