i am a retired, gay, 65 year old, former teacher who has a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath english tudor-style townhouse located 1 block north of flamingo off sandhill rd. (you can look it up on google maps). my place is very convenient to the 95/515 freeway and about 4 miles east of the strip.

let me tell you about the place (some pictures attached). your bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 2 end tables, a chest of drawers and a 40" flat screen tv. there is a private bathroom exclusively for your use down the hall. i get cable tv (cox) and wi-fi throughout the house. the house has central a/c. there is a 2-car garage with laundry inside. i generally keep the place neat, but i am not a neat freak. i don't smoke do drugs. i currently don't have any pets, but i love dogs.

the complex itself is a gated community with lots of trees and greenery (you won't even know you are in vegas), 2 pools and jacuzzi.

the rent would be $600 a month.

i am looking for one person only -- either gay or gay-friendly. responsible, mature, reliable. small to medium sized dog is ok. i will consider a cat. plese include picture with your response if you have a pet. you must be employed. no druggies, alcoholics, or criminal records. prefer non-smoker, but outside smoking is ok. credit and background check.
