i'm looking for a responsible room mate either guy or girl that wants to take the other master bedroom i have open. the apartment is a penthouse and is fully furnished, two stories and approx 2,350 sqft. is located in the sw part of town and close to the 215. the apartment itself goes for $3,500 per month, but i don't expect anyone to split it with me or even come close for that matter.

depending on who you are i'm very flexible to whatever rent that you can finacially afford and still live. i'm more concerned with having a responsible room mate that i can trust. if you're responsible and don't use drugs or party every night, i'm willing to work within whatever makes sense to you financially.
