condo single room with detached bathroom for rent.hi i have a guess room for rent.
gated entrance complex. green valley area. 1 bedroom with regular slide door closet. condo layout: bedroom #1 and full bathroom 1 is separated by a large living room from bedroom #2 with master bathroom inside. the living room is centrally located and contacts to a small dining area which contacts to the kitchen.
*utilities : power / water / gas / trash included.
*access to kitchen included.
*cable / dish / internet can be made available (but will cost extra).
7 min. access to 215. 10 min. access to i-15 and the airport. 15min. to las vegas strip. it's walking distance from neighborhood walmart and albertsons and sunset park. bus stop directly outside main gate.
*must have a decent sense of cleanliness.
no drugs or drama please !!
about me: my name is ron. i own this place, so this is my home. i am very careful in choosing who i allow to stay here. no drama, no drugs. i am a very nice, friendly :), easy going, and respectable person, you don’t have to worry about having your personal space or privacy intruded on. i would also ask the same in return (respect). however, i would also hope we will eventually become friends. i would prefer a female roommate, as i usually have less living compatibility issues with them.
two important issues:
1) no smoking inside.
2) pets ( only small or average size cats)
