hi we are two females who have a two story condo with one room downstairs for rent. our rooms are upstairs and we only go downstairs to use the kitchen so you would have the entire downstairs to yourself most of the time. the room has its own bathroom, king size bed and its own door for entry and exit. there is a small patio outside of your room. utilities included access to washer and dryer and high speed wifi. we do not have cable as we use the internet to stream everything we watch. smokers are okay outside. we have two cats so if you have a cat that is ok. our cats stay upstairs 95 percent of the time and have never bothered any of our roommates. all are welcome. male/female/couples. we are quiet do not party do not do drugs. if move in on june 22nd deposit total cost 400.
