soo basically...we are a happy young couple that live in a 3 bedroom single story home.
we are looking to rent out a single room. (1 bedroom w/ guest bathroom)
men, women, and couples are all welcome.
room currently has a wardrobe storage cabinet and shelves because there is no closet.
we have an air mattress in the room, but i bet you would prefer your own bed once you get moved in.
also we have put a small tv with a dvd player in the room but has no cable.
we have our main dish cable in the living room that is available for you to watch.
we do have a german shepherd that does not like any other furry friends. (absolutely no pets)
i am hoping we can find someone right around our age range 25-35 years old.
we do not have any children so we would prefer if our roommate does not either.
we do smoke cigarettes in the home, but we prefer to go outside.
we do run air purifiers constantly, so we do not have a smoke smelling house.
we are.... clean, respectful, and laid back. we hope you are too.
rent is $400/month with utilities included.
if your a couple then rent will be $500/ month with utilities included.
rent can be paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (your choice)
temporary housing is also available.
