looking to rent a large furnished room (or unfurnished if you prefer) to a mature female. 4300 sq/ft home. pool/spa, massive sun room. large room with walk-in closet. room is on opposite end of house. lots of privacy. private bath. access to whole house, hugh kitchen, laundry, wi-fi. my girlfriend lives with me and has her 7 year old son 1/2 of the time. must be female, no drugs. live in nice neighborhood so no loud parties. light drinking ok, smoking only outside, must be clean, stable, responsible, and drama free. this is a nice area and home close to everything. no pets. there are pictures of two rooms you may pick either one. both have bed, dresser, nightstand, and tv. $1500 security dep. $1950/mo.
