it is a 3 bedroom 2 � bathroom house in a gated community with backyard. the house is completely furnished. i am only looking for 1 roommate who will get 1 full bedroom and � of another for storage, office, etc. there are already 2 dressers available and a bed. the rent is $600 a month and a security deposit to the owner of $350. utilities are split monthly. gas, electric, and basic cable usually average $100-200 total a month depending on the time of year. so total usually averages around $700 for rent and utilities. for example: the electric bill for february was $58.as for me, i work surveillance at a major strip casino and i'm a state firearms instructor for the nevada private investigators board. if you want to verify it, just go to their website and search instructors. my number is 141. they do a very extensive background just so you know. or you can just google my name sterling magann and all the firearm instructor stuff is me. if you click on images, you can get an idea of me personally. i’m the white guy in the long sleeve blue shirt.
other than that, i workout 6 days a week, 2 hours a day. when i'm not at the casino or gym, i'm usually at the shooting range, sleeping, or studying (back in school).
