nice room with private bath for right tenant. excellent location with quick easy access to 215, i15, and dean martin.the room is 13' x 11', hardwood floor. closet is 5'x7'. bathroom is large and has an over-sized tub as well. currently a bed and chair, but those can be moved out if you have your own stuff. there is a separate, full sized refrigerator in the hall by the room that can be used. in addition to the washer/dryer, there is a large backyard area with patio, grill, and pool that can also be used.
rent is $550/month, utilities included. garage is optional, for an additional $50/month. first month & security deposit due up front. available immediately. month to month, 4 month minimum.
no smoking. no pets. no drama. must be clean and responsible. i'm picky about who i rent to.
