hello, my name is nikki and i recently was relocated here from san diego for my career. i am a full time ballroom dance instructor, my hours are noon-11pm roughly....it's always varied due to the nature of the business. when i am home i stay to myself mostly, but i'm not opposed to hanging out and meeting new friends. i have a boyfriend who still lives in california, so we take turns going back and forth on the weekends to see each other. i'm non-smoking (but also non judgemental), and i do enjoy a few drinks out or at home but definitely over the party scene. i do enjoy my dance parties every now and then (while getting ready for work or cleaning usually) but other than that i am a quiet roomie (i hate hatehate talking on the phone.) i'm very clean and respectful of others properties. i like having a roommate because i am sociable and love to hang out, but of course, i also love my "me time." the apt is on the 2nd floor, it's bright and very large and fully furnished (except for your own room.) the room has a big walk in closet and you'd get the hall bathroom but i would just deem that for you and your guests when they come over and i do the same with mine. washer and dryer are on our patio, which is huge and fun for hanging out on at night. i love this apartment, i really do!
