sweet room with a walk-in closet & semi private bathroom. 2400sq ft and tile t/o. sharing common living areas. utilities and wifi included. my home is clean and i am neat, looking for same. no smoking inside, however i have no problem with outside smoking. cozy b/y with patio cover and furniture. quiet neighborhood/home. no drugs and or middle of the night loud disturbances. i work 5/evenings a week, ideally looking for someone who works outside of the home. i don't have any pets, but i'm open to a pet or 1/child. i will be looking for work verification, possible credit check, & personal references a must, i have no problem providing personal references as well. i am easy going, fair, considerate, and trustworthy. ideally 6/mo rental, perhaps longer with right room mate. $550/mo plus $500 deposit.
