looking for a female grad student or professional to live with 2 awesome girls who are active, enjoy cooking, and are easy to get along with. one is a runner who also coaches at etown college, the other is into body pump at gold's gym and taking mba classes at etown college. graduates of penn state and shippensburg working in lancaster and hershey. the room would share a full bathroom with one of the girls, the other room has an ensuite bathroom. laundry is included as well as all other furniture, tv, keurig, and other perks. the balcony is relaxing and has a nice herb garden on it with a gas grill. larger bedroom and full size closet plenty of room for a queen or king bed, dresser and desk. newly painted and renovated bathroom with neutrals and grey throughout the apartment. nice decor but not over the top. attic storage if needed and usable fireplace in the living room.

very nice neighborhood about 10 minutes outside of lancaster city and 5 minutes from route 30 along oregon pike. great location to get anywhere necessary and convenient walking distance to giant to go, pizza and beer, chinese, rite aid, nail salon, coffee shop and more.
