hello,i live in a two bedroom townhouse with a golf course and pond in the back with many trees, birds, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, and woodchucks. it's fun to watch the golfers riding their carts, playing the sport, and enjoying nature. the trees have grown tall but there's still a partial view of the course. there are oak floors and the shared space is nicely furnished.
your extra-large, unfurnished front bedroom (19 x 11) has three closets. you would have your own full bathroom in the upstairs hall. the shared space includes a washer/dryer, kitchen, dishwasher, living room on golf course (19 x 11), dining room, half bath downstairs, linen closet, and back yard.
the $595 plus one month deposit includes heat, water, and electricity. it's in a multicultural neighborhood near the parkway, route 9, lakewood blue claws baseball, ocean county park, lake shenandoah park, allaire state park, barnes and noble, and belmar or point pleasant beach.
i have lived here for 24 years. i do not drink, drug, or smoke. i would welcome someone the same. it doesn't matter to me if you're gay or not. i have references and i would like references from you. the association requires a criminal background check, which keeps the neighborhood safer. i also conduct a previous eviction check.
i love my home and i'm easy to live with. i prefer living with a friendly person rather than living alone. i may have a male friend staying over with me nights. once we agreed you could move in, i would take $30 from the deposit for the background checks, and if they cleared, we would make arrangements. it's a one-year lease with one month notice to end it. just email me your phone number and we can talk.
