i am 25 year old guy looking for a roommate of someone to join a lease with me in mid november of december 1st, ideally another guy, because i have lived with girls before and it has not been a good time. i work full time at the home depot, and i also attend colorado school of mines part time and i will obtain my degree after spring 2016. i would like to live with a young professional who is clean, responsible and pays rent on time. we can exchange references and standards for living as well. please email me if you think this would be a good fit and why. also, if you do not have a ton of stuff that is ideal. your room would be the one with the walk in closet. deposit would be $550, and application fee is $50 (pays for credit and background check).
