i will be renting out my basement on november 1st. i live in lakewood about 10 minutes from downtown. i do not have any current photos because the current tenant will be moving out october 16th and i will be having new carpet and paint done.the rent i'm charging is a flat monthly fee of $1000.00. i only do month to month contract, with a 30 day notice.
this includes-
all of the areas in the basement except the utility room (it's over 800 sq ft)- that is where the washer and dryer is and there is a storage area in that room as well. it is not in an area that would bother you.
all utilities

cable (good stuff- all movie channels and a premium package)
internet
cleaners- 2xs a month- they clean the common areas and bathrooms
trash

grill in the back

2 car garage (full disclosure, i do not park in the garage- it's a detached garage in the backyard and i just don't like opening the gate every time. i just park in the driveway)

full disclosure, i have 3 dogs- all well behaved and older. (2 little and one medium) i am open to someone with a dog, pending their age and demeanor. it may be best if they meet first.
i do charge a deposit- $800 with background and credit check.
i am a professional and i work a normal business week. i would like to live with someone who is also in that situation. i do like to go out on the weekends and let loose, bbq, hang out, etc. it would be nice to find someone on the same schedule.
chemistry is important. i would like to meet first and see if we click. i hope a coffee or beer would be okay to introduce ourselves and then if that goes well, we can schedule a time to see the house.
