a little about me, i'm a young, male, laid-back professional in my early 20s from new zealand, looking for similar in roommates (not necessarily the new zealand thing, but that'd be a plus). so long as you are responsible, relatively tidy and aren't partying 7 days a week, we'll likely get along splendidly. i'm into social sports and enjoying the amazing micro-brewery scene here in denver. you're always welcome to have friends/family/coworkers/loved ones/hated ones/dates over, i enjoy a lively home. that being said, i like to keep most of the major ruckus to weekends.as for the details: water & garbage covered by hoa, only utilities are power & internet, split evenly between you, me, and one other roommate. in-home washer & dryer included. ac & heat of course. shared pool & spa available in summer months. very quiet neighborhood, off-street parking available.
the room is on the ground floor, sharing a bathroom with one other roommate living in the bedroom downstairs. your potential room is south-east facing, so it gets a lot of sun.
