i have two vacant rooms for rent in my house in lakewood, ca. i own the house but will be moving out in january. i will still remain the landlord though. in the house is my brother (31 yrs old), and an additional roommate (male, 23 years old) we'd ideally like someone mid-20's to early thirties. no children or pets are allowed because we already have two dogs in the house (a black lab and a pug mix--both incredibly friendly around people) so interested parties must love dogs! the house includes a full kitchen, front room, back family room, a beautiful backyard/patio and 2 bathrooms. both rooms come with a flat screen tv mounted to the wall, along with a direct tv box, closest, and central heating and a/c. parking is readily available on the street. the neighborhood is very friendly, quiet, safe and all the neighbors around us are awesome. we are walking distance to a variety of restaurants, the malls, parks, etc..it's an excellent location and we are looking for someone who is fun, and easy to get along with. 1 person per room, no exceptions. rent is $1000/month, per room-- this includes the actual rent, utilities, electric, internet access and direct tv hookups. $500 deposit. email me if you'd like to see pictures.
