charming, private, and quiet lakewood home. room for rent has a separate entrance and is a lovely, carpeted, quiet room with plantation shutters and window air conditioner. double sided mirrored closet doors with built in shelving as well as additional space above closet. queen/king size beds will fit, however, queen is better. a beautiful bombe chest, night table, and lamp available. room has italian overhead celing light. sweet and spacious 3/4 bathroom with tiled sink and floor. lage extended mirror over sink. also, extra additional storage space in bathroom. bathroom not connected to room.laundry room off bathroom with ample space for supplies. lovely and fairly spacious kitchen with more built in shelving. kitchen and laundry areas are shared areas. beautiful living room and small dining room off renter's bedroom. charming family room with fireplace. private and quiet backyard to enjoy sitting and reading.

beautiful, large and safe park one block away - great for runners/walkers/bicycling and picnics. long beach university approximately fifteen (15) minutes from my home and long beach city college approximately five (5) minutes. extra space available if needed.
