we're two female students (both 21) currently attending depaul university, and we're looking for a third roomie as ours is moving out soon. the apartment is literally right next to the belmont redline stop near the intersection of clark/belmont. it's a spacious three bedroom/two bathroom apt with central air and a laundry room in the building. there's also a deck out back. as far as cleanliness goes, we like to keep the living area as clean as possible, however it's ok if you keep your mess to your own room. there is no security deposit, only a small move-in fee, and utilities are not included in the rent price.

although we are extremely serious about our studies we also like to have friends over a lot during the weekends. we are also huge nerds, so anyone who appreciates video games, anime, good or bad horror films, making plans for the zombie apocalypse, anyone who is creative with a very open mind, etcetc i think we'll get along just fine. :)
