looking for a professional, responsible, clean, and quiet roommate. preferably a student. our household is clean and quiet and we would like to keep it that way. i am in medical school and my roommate works full time. our home is an oasis and there will be no chaos brought to the home. no drinking, smoking, wild partying, or failure to pay bills promptly will be accepted.the room for rent is in a town home. it is a master bedroom, with a large walk in closet. you will have a half bath, and will share a shower with my roommate upstairs. there is a laundry facility, maintenance, 2 large pools, fitness center, boat ramp, playground, and small back patio. great location. the town house is central to everything so it takes little to no time to get to lake hollingsworth, lakeside village, downtown, walmart, etc.
