this is a just completed re-model home on a large private property in a quiet neighborhood. the roommate space is a private bedroom with attached bath in a separate part of the main house. the house is very nicely furnished with quality furniture and tasteful art and lighting. the roommate bedroom (18 x 16 feet) is all brand new and just completed in the last 30 days with bamboo wood floors and ceiling and a large en-suite bath and a large wardrobe closet. (see pictures).the owner and only other resident is a mature professional business man, who works from the home, online, as a full time independent consultant. i have been in the same business for over 40 years.
ideal person would be an airline pilot or stewardess or someone who travels in their work and wants a nice home without the pressure of keeping it up. i do have a 1 year old extremely friendly jack russell terrier who lets me live in the house ..... its really his place ....
