room for rent in a 1350 sq ft, two bed, two (full) bath place with washer, dryer, dishwasher, new carpeting, lots of windows and natural light... the bedrooms and living room have access to a large covered deck (aprox 30x6?) which has a view of mt. hood... it's close to pcc and lewis and clark, not too far from downtown portland, portland state, or ohsu... easy commute to i-5... the complex is located in a quiet safe neighborhood of first edition homes two blocks from terwilliger and hwy 43. you can walk to the farmers market, library, grocery store, shops, restaurants and bars... actually, pretty much anywhere in downtown lo is walkable and public transportation is close by if you don't have a car. if you do, there is tons of parking in front, and a covered spot in the back.your room would be 13x14 plus a pretty large closet.
i'm a straight female, but i like living with everyone... as long as they aren't haters! if you have a significant other, they are certainly welcome, as long as they aren't over so much that i feel like i have a third roommate... and i can sleep at night... i'm just looking for a nice, low drama roommate who's fun to be around, since i'd like to think we'll be friends... i have plenty of friends close by, i just think it's weird to live with someone you're not friends with... this is ideal for someone mid twenties or thirties, who will be respectful of neighbors, preferably who has a full time job or is going to grad school.
no cigarettes or pets.
